I don’t know how I know this guy’s name is Tuffy.  I think maybe it was said in the commentary for the movie “Bamboozled,” in which this clip appears (yes, I watched AND liked the movie.  Stop judging me).

The power.  The dedication.  The tummy tap.  The fingerpoint.  The reenacting of the stomping of hoes.  The care he takes to straighten up his pinky ring before that last smack.  Breathtaking.
