WTF is wrong with MC Hammer’s mouth?

If you can’t speak Spanish, you have, at the very least, heard it being spoken before. There is a double r sound in Spanish, pronounced by rolling the r as you say it. Like the “r” in “rojo.” Listen here if you need to.
Okay. So the rolling of an “r” makes sense. The rolling of an “m?” Not so much.
For some odd reason, that’s what MC Hammer does throughout his 1991 single “Gaining Momentum,” which nobody I know seems to remember. And it’s not just the “m” sounds. It’s pretty much every sound. The WHOLE SONG.
How does he even do that? Why is he doing it? He does it in places and with combinations of words and letters that don’t make a lick of sense.
Maybe some of the millions he lost went to angel dust/psychedelic mushroom purchases?

^^^ I think that’s EXACTLY what he said. I looked up the lyrics and there was no consensus on what was said. lmao
So I’m not crazy then? I didn’t even think the lyrics to this song would be on the internet (in hind sight, it was silly to ever think that). Hours later, it still sounds like “suck the glass dildo…”
